摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an exact automatic analyzing device in rate analysis of enzyme in a serum, etc. by providing a mechanism which measures the absorbancy As of the liquid prepd. by diluting a sample and deciding the absorbancy above the limiting absorbancy Al added to theoretical limiting absorbancy Ai as the absorbancy in a stationary state. CONSTITUTION:The samples in respective sample vessels 2 of a turntable are mixed with the pure water in a pure water vessel 7 and are alternately put by each sample into sample diluting vessels 8 and rate analyzing reactors 9 from a dispensing nozzle 3. The vessels 8-9 are successively fed by a conveying line. A buffer or brine is added as a diluent from a dispenser Rr to the vessels 8 and reagents for rate reaction are added from dispersers R I , RII to the vessels 9. The absorbancy As of the vessels 8 is measured by a photoelectric detector 24 and the sum Al of the preliminarily determined theoretical limiting absorbancy Ai and the As is designated as limiting absorbancy. Only the stationary state above the limiting absorbancy Al is selected from the absorbancy of the vessels 9 by a data processing device 26. The exact rate analyzing value is thus converted to the amt. of the component to be determined which is displayed on a display part 27.
