PURPOSE:To certainly discharge the evaporated fuel outside a car and treat the fuel advantageously in disaster prevention phase by arranging in projection the opening part at the free edge of a canister drain hose, outside the car, penetrating a hood ledge panel which separates an engine room. CONSTITUTION:A penetration hole 10 is formed onto a canister body 7 on the shelf part 2a of a hood ledge panel 2, and the opening part 8a at the free edge of a canister drain hose 8 connected to the bottom part of the body 7 is inserted into the penetration hole 10 and arranged in projection outside a car. A drain cover 11 covering the opening part 8a, ranging from the undersurface of the shelf part 2a to a closing plate 3 joined with the lower edge of the panel 2, is fixed, and a drain passage 11a is formed onto a cover 11. The evaporated fuel introduced into the body 7 is once liberated from the drain hose 8 into a space part 12 covered by the cover 11, and discharged into the atmosphere through the passage 11a. |
