PURPOSE:To obtain an antireflection film having superior adhesive strength and durability by successively laminating a thin metallic layer, thin dielectric layers and a thin metallic layer on the surface of each of plastic optical parts. CONSTITUTION:A thin metallic layer of Ni, Cr or an Ni-Cr alloy, thin dielectric layers and a thin metallic layer are successively laminated on the surface of each of plastic optical parts to form an antireflection film. For example, a Cr layer 35, an aluminum oxide layer 33, a zirconium oxide layer 34, a magnesium fluoride layer 32 and a Cr layer 36 are successively laminated on the surface of each of plastic optical parts 31 to form an antireflection film. Even when the antireflection film is formed while keeping the plastic optical parts at <=60 deg.C, the adhesive strength of the film to the plastics can be increased. |
