<p>PURPOSE:To absorb the difference of dimension of the upper and lower side cylindrical members and eliminate chattering by urging and supporting a gear engaged with the internal gears of the upper and lower side cylindrical members with repsect to the internal gears. CONSTITUTION:An installation piece 41 for the upper and lower surfaces of a spoke core-metal 5 is integrally installed in projection over and under the intermediate part of a supporting frame 26 for a gear 29, and an elliptical hole 42 is formed onto the installation piece 41. The supporting frame 26 is arranged into a window opening 43 formed onto the spoke core-metal 5, and the spoke core-metal 5 is nipped by the installation piece 41, and the supporting frame 26 and the gear 29 can be shifted in the radial direction within a range of the elliptical hole 42. The supporting frame 26 is pressed outward by a leaf spring 45 engaged with the installation piece 41, and the gear 29 is springily urged and engaged with the internal gears 18 and 23 of the upper and lower side cylindrical members 15 and 20.</p> |
