PURPOSE:To steplessly variably control caster trails of front wheels by interlocking and connecting the upper sections of dampers to a driving source and controlling the drive of the driving source via a controller. CONSTITUTION:Damper mount sliders 20 are longitudinally slidably arranged on the left and right of an engine room 1, each slider 20 is longitudinally movably assembled with two screw bars 16, and a driving shaft 30 is orthogonally engaged wih the rear ends of the screw bars 16 via worm gears. In addition, a motor 35 is fixed to the rear wall 2 of the engine room 1, and the motor 35 is connected to both driving shafts 30 via flexible joints 33. The motor 35 is driven and controlled by a controller 36, which is fed with the car speed data from a car speed sensor 37, and furthermore, the controller 36 is connected to a manual slide adjuster 38 provided on an instrument panel at the front of the car room. |
