PURPOSE:To provide the ease with which dimensions of a spider member and rolling wheels are controlled when they are manufactured by classifying the spider members and the rolling wheels in accordance with their external dimensions and selectively combining an adaptable external shell, which has a corresponding cylindrical hole having adaptable inner diameter with selected spider member and selected rolling wheels. CONSTITUTION:The internal hole 4 of an external shell 2 consists of a cylindrical center hole 6 and two side holes 5. Before a joint is manufactured, internal members 13 are generally classified in accordance with external diameters of a central enlarged part 16a and rolling wheels 18. Before a spider member 16 and rolling wheel 18s are incorporated in a selected internal member, selection of the spider member 16 and the rolling wheels 18 is made on the criterion whether or not said members and the wheels has dimensions within a range meeting the requirements on the respective internal diameters of the center hole and the side holes 5 of the external shell 2. Thus, without the need of minimizing dimensional tolerance related to their external diameters and internal diameters, any looseness or play between said member 16 and said rolling wheels 18 can be actually dissipated. |
