PURPOSE:To stabilize the performance of the valve by a method wherein the flange of a diaphragm is brazed to the flange of a lid, thereafter, the flange of the lid is fitted to a body slidably into up-and-down and the position of the lid is determined. CONSTITUTION:The flange 18a is formed on the outer periphery of the diaphragm 18 and two wavy forms 18b are provided on the flange 18a while the flange is inserted into the flange 17a of the lid 17 and is brazed thereto at a position whereat the end surface of the flange is abutted against the stepped section 17c of the lid to assemble these parts locally. After the diaphragm 18 is brazed, the flange 17a of the lid 17 is fitted to the outer periphery of the body 11 and is brazed thereto at a given position to assemble them ultimately. According to this method, the position of the diaphragm 18 may be determined, deformations and cambers may be minimized, the management of characteristics and sizes or the like may be effected in the step of local assembling and the air- tightness of the valve may be confirmed. |
