PURPOSE:To improve vibration preventing effect and noise preventing effect by a method wherein vibration damping agent, in which 100pts.wt. of thermohardening synthetic resin is mixed with 10-200pts.wt. of flaky inorganic substance, is coated on the metallic surface of the solenoid valve. CONSTITUTION:The vibration damping agent, made of the mixture of 100pts.wt. of thermohardening synthetic resin having thermodeformation temperature of 30-100 deg.C or preferably 30-60 deg.C and 10-200pts.wt. of flaky inorganic substance such as flake graphite, for example, is coated on the metallic surfaces of the casing of solenoid valve and the casing of a coil unit which are degreased previously. Laminated structure, having substantially 1-4 of the ratio of thicknesses of the film of coating and the matrix of metal, is formed and, whereby, the solenoid valve, high in the vibration damping effect remarkably, prominent in resistance to oil and water and having large durability, may be completed. |
