The invention relates to a composition of material for the production of orthodontic appliances and/or for dental application, as well as to the composition and to the process for obtaining such appliances. The aforementioned composition is zirconium oxide partially stabilised with yttrium, with magnesium oxide or with lime. One of the possible and non-limiting applications is described in the attached figure. The application consists of a ceramic attachment, made in a single part and composed of a base 1 designed to come into contact with the surface of the tooth. It contains a longitudinal channel 2 which is intended for passage of the arch 3 held in place via fixing tabs 4 by means of a ligature 5. <IMAGE> |
