<p>PURPOSE:To perform regenerating treatment of an adsorption tower without requiring a line for regeneration of an adsorption tower especially by passing air to be dehumidified through an adsorption tower of a regeneration process after heating said air and thereafter passing air through the adsorption tower of an adsorption process and returning gas into the original place. CONSTITUTION:In case of removing the moisture of the inside of a chamber 1 inside an installation of atomic power plant, the air of the inside of the chamber 1 is sucked with a blower 2 and its temp. is risen by the compressing action and furthermore risen by a heater 8 and thereafter, the air is flowed into a moisture adsorption tower 7 via a valve 14 to regenerate the tower 7. The air at high temp. contg. moisture for the regeneration of the tower 7 is cooled with a cooler 9 and the moisture is separated with a moisture separator 10 and thereafter, the air is sent to the inside of a moisture adsorption tower 6 via a valve 13 to remove the moisture and returned to the chamber 1. The moisture separated with the separator 10 is collected in a tank 5. When the adsorbent on the inside of tower 6 is saturated, and towers 6, 7 are changed over.</p> |
