PURPOSE:To make a warning signal so as to be emitted at a time when a difference exceeds the specified value, by comparing the operation value required for every pump with each normal value stored in a terminal computer and making the computer store it, while transmitting the value to a main computer with a telephone line. CONSTITUTION:Various numerical values measured automatically by each detector for flow 6, shaft support temperature 7, its vibration 8, pressure 9 and electric power 11 are transmitted to a terminal computer 21 belonging to each pump. A normal value of each of numerical values is inputted into the terminal computer 21, while this value is compared with a numerical value out of each measuring unit, and the different value is stored in memory. And, this comparison result is transmitted to a main computer 22 located in the center with a telephone line 32, and hereat, when there was a difference in the measured value of more than the said specified value or a variation in the measured value within the unit time, a warning signal is emitted out of a warning device 23. With this constitution, automatic operation control over a lot of pumps dispersed in an extensive range and abnormal operation concentrated prediction for pumps are thus attainable. |
