发明名称 ADJUSTING MECHANISM OF POLISHING LOAD
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the friction force in a load transmission part and enable a loading mechanism for polishing to be high accurately function, by enabling a feed mechanism to move the position of an acting point or supporting point in the loading mechanism using a weight. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 32 inputs an output signal, corresponding to the relative position between a polishing tool 1 and a work 3, of a rotary encoder 20 mounted to a motor 19, converting the output signal of the encoder 20 and feeding a position instruction signal to a motor 31. Then the motor 31 causes a load acting point to change its position by moving a roller 24 on a bar 22, and if assuming (a), (b) for a distance from the acting point to both supporting points of the bar 22 and P for weight of a load 26, a polishing load of PXb/ (a+b) is applied to the work 3. In such way, the polishing load can be high accurately adjusted to an optional value by controlling the position of the acting point of the load.
