The invention relates to a chocolate mould made of plastic for producing chocolate articles, consisting of a rigid, sheet-shaped element in which cup-like or trough-like recesses to receive chocolate are moulded. To obtain a high inherent stability with simultaneous reduction of the effort for cooling the chocolate moulds filled with melted chocolate, the following is provided: a) the element consists of an inner core layer 7 and an outer jacket layer 5 surrounding this with a higher hardness compared with the core layer; b) the plastic of the core layer is interspersed with a pulverulent, flaky or fibrous material 6 with increased thermal conductivity, for example a metal. <IMAGE>
