PURPOSE:To obtain the titled solar cell module having excellent with-standing voltage characteristics and high reliability by protecting a peripheral region in the encapsulated article of a cell element by an insulating film. CONSTITUTION:A solar cell module is constituted by using white board tempered glass as a light-receiving surface material 2, polyvinyl butyral as a filling material 4 and vinyl fluoride containing aluminum as a back material 3, and the filling material 4 is heated and melted under decompression and heated and contact-bonded and a cell element 1 is sealed. An insulating layer is formed to the peripheral end section of the encapsulated article by a tacky polyethylene terephthalate film 8, and a frame 6 made of aluminum is mounted by using a rubber gasket 5 made of butyl as a sealing material. Accordingly, the obtained solar cell module displays excellent performance in deterioration by heat and humidity and deterioration by heat. |
