PURPOSE:To improve the design freedom by forming a cooling water path at the portion except immediately below of exhaust path. CONSTITUTION:Cooling water paths 30a, 30b for cooling the intake paths 16, 17 and exhaust paths 18, 19 in cooling water path 30 formed at the cylinder head 10 is not formed below the intake paths 16, 17 and exhaust paths 18, 19 or between the case fitting face 11 of cylinder head 10 and intake/exhaust paths 16- 19. Consequently, manufacture of intermediate chip for forming the cooling water path in the cylinder head is facilitated while the space between the intake/exhaust path and the case fitting face is increased resulting in improvement of design freedom of intake/exhaust path. |
