PURPOSE:To enable the interval of detent to be set at N times (N is an integer) of a rotating amount (1/48 revolution) of a motor corresponding to the munimum paper feed quantity (1/96''), by a method wherein a slitted rotary plate and a photo-coupler are provided on a rotary shaft of a pulse motor, and the passage of an electric current to the motor is controlled by an output from the photo- coupler. CONSTITUTION:A slitted disk 1 is provided with slits 2-0, 2-1, 2-5 corresponding to rotating positions a0-a5 of the motor. The slits 2-0, 2-5 are detected by the photo-coupler provided at the position a0, and the detent by passing an electric current in phase A is made to be effective at the slit position and noneffective at other positions, whereby the interval of detent can be set to a large value of 1/6 revolution (8 times of 1/48 revolution). Accordingly, the minimum paper feed quantity of the pulse motor can be reduced, and it can be contrived to enhance accuracy in positioning the paper. |
