PURPOSE:To prevent generation of pinhole defect so as to reduce the cost, by joining the supporting members shaped into steps, and by fixing a plurality of resin blocks in accordance with the design value, on the supporting members to fill the space in between, and by executing NC machining. CONSTITUTION:A supporting member 1a is bent into several steps by hand. Both ends of the supporting member 1a is supported by another supporting members 1b and one or both surfaces of the supporting members 1a, 1b are laminated by a glass cloth impregnated with resin so that these supporting members are joined and reinforced. A plurality of reinforcing bodies 11 of an appropriate length are joined to the lower side of the joined supporting member 20 by resin laminating method. Then, a plurality of resin blocks 2a selected on the basis of the design value are placed on the supporting member 20 which is bent into steps. The space between the blocks 2a, or the block and the supporting member 20 is adhered by an adhesive. Then the surface of the step-shaped resin blocks 2a is machined by NC in accordance with the design value to complete a master model. According to this method, the blocks which are hardened under pressure are used and consequently, no pinhole defects are generated.
