PURPOSE:To obtain a solid coated film by painting a resin dissolved with a solvent contg. a hydrophilic solvent on an undercoated film before the undercoated film is cured or dried. CONSTITUTION:An anticorrosive paint is undercoated on a sample, and a resin such as vinyl chloride and polyvinyl butylate which is dissolved with a solvent contg. a hydrophilic solvent such as methanol and ethanol is coated before the undercoated film is cured or dried to obtain a protective film. The solid coated film is obtained in this way, and the film is not affected physically and chemically by water, rain, etc.
