PURPOSE:To make semipermanent continuance of kinetic energy attainable, by making centrifugal force use the form of a flywheel to function as internal force to the flywheel and simultaneously forming it functionable as external force which rotates and drives the flywheel in the same direction as its rotating direction. CONSTITUTION:Even when a flywheel D rotates and moves in any position on an orbital circle 8 centering on a center point 14, all these forms are rotation symmetrical form with one another centering on the center point 14, and the flywheel D always naturally generates turning force 2 or centrifugal force and external force to rotate the flywheel D in the same direction as its rotating direction, namely, turning force 22 for a while it conducts its rotational motion in the said rotating direction. With this constitution, reaction 37 is offset to turning force 10 while reaction 15 to turning force 30, respectively, thus since external force will not work on the flywheel D all, the flywheel D theoretically comes possible to do perpetual uniform, rotational motion even if there is not external force, namely, no fuel. |
