PURPOSE:To save energy by spraying water selectively from one of partitioned chambers to all the chambers in accordance with the quantity of the circulating cooling water supplied into a hot water tank, through nozzle holes at the bottom parts thereof, and controlling the fan in accordance with the quantity of water. CONSTITUTION:The hot water tank 3 is partitioned stepwise by a plurality of partitioning plates 4 having different heights to form partitioned chambers 3a, 3b, 3c.... These partitioning plates 4 are arranged in required intervals so that their heights become higher gradually from the hot water flow-in side. When the quantity of water decreases and the water level becomes lower than the height of one of the partitioning plates.
