PURPOSE:To manufacture the titled plated steel sheet having high powdering resistance and superior corrosion resistance after coating by heat treating a plated steel sheet having an Fe-Zn alloy layer contg. a specified amount of Zn under specified conditions. CONSTITUTION:An Fe-Zn alloy layer contg. 75-95wt% Zn is formed on a steel sheet by plating by about 20-30g/m<2>, and an Fe-Zn alloy layer contg. <=40wt% Zn is optionally formed as a surface layer by plating by about 2-5g/m<2>. The plated steel sheet is heat treated at 200-250 deg.C for 1sec-30min. The total amount of the principal layer and the surface layer is adjusted to <=about 35g/ m<2>, and a very small amount of Cu, Ni, Cr, Co, Mn, etc. may be contained in the layers. |
