PURPOSE:The titled resin composition which can give a molding excellent in flexibility, transparency and flame retardancy, prepared by mixing an ethylene/ vinyl acetate copolymer containing a polyfunctional monomer with a polyvinylidene fluoride resin. CONSTITUTION:20-80pts.wt. mixture of an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer and a polyfunctional monomer (e.g., trimethylolpropane acrylate or triallyl cyanurate) is mixed with 80-20pts.wt. polyvinylidene fluoride resin. The amount of the polyfunctional monomer is suitably 0.5-15wt%, based on the total weight of the resin composition. The obtained resin composition is applicable to the production of a variety of moldings, especially, heat-shrinkable tubes.
