PURPOSE:To allow an observer to perform observation at a stable attitude by rotating a link on a cradle in the elevation direction and rotating a telescope on the link in the elevation direction. CONSTITUTION:A bearing 4 is provided to the left and right flanks of a swivel base 3 viewed from the ocular part 1b of a binocular 1, an elevation rotating shaft 5 as a center axis l1 is supported pivotally, and each rotating shaft 5 is fixed to the inflection part of an L-shaped supporting member 6. A balance weight 6a for coupling one end of each supporting member 6 is fixed to the one end, and a telescope rotating shaft (not shown in figure) provided to a shaft fixing member 7 which projects from the lens barrel of the telescope 1 to left or right in a projection state is provided at the other end of each supporting member 6 while piercing the through hole of the supporting member 6. |
