PURPOSE:To make washing effect after use excellent and to enhance environmental resistance, by supplying a part of a dilution medium to a dilution and mixing tank at first in a predetermined amount and subsequently supplying the remainder of the dilution medium and a specimen to perform mixing in a standing state. CONSTITUTION:A valve 15 is opened to meter dilution water in a quantitative metering tank 17 and a part thereof is at first injected in a dilution and mixing tank 19 through valves 18, 2, 5 and piping 7. Next, specimen water is recirculated through a flowline consisting of specimen water inlet piping 3, the valve 2, the valve 5 and specimen water outlet piping 6. After substitution in specimen water cut-off part piping 4 is performed, the valves 2, 5 are changed over and the dilution water remaining in the tank 17 is flowed to piping 1, the valve 2, the cut-off part piping 4, the valve 5 and piping 7 to be injected in the dilution and mixing tank 19. Primary injected dilution water 22, secondary injected specimen water 23 and dilution water 24 are injected in the mixing tank 19 and mixed in a standing state by stirring action at the time of injection. After diluted specimen water is transferred, a valve 13 is opened and washing water is injected from piping 14 to perform washing. |
