PURPOSE:To obtain a durable sliding sheet of low friction and less deformation against temperature changes, by making smooth both faces of ultra electric-control paper into which an organic conductive fiber containing conductive materials is mixed, by a heating and pressing roll. CONSTITUTION:A base paper, ultra electric-control type, consists of an organic conductive fiber 7 created by arranging in a muscular shape a muscular polymer 6 containing carbon black <=1mu average particles in the fiber direction in a fiber- formed polymer 4 using an acrylic polymer as a base. A roughened surface 8 of the polymer 4 is heated and compressed by a heating/pressing roll 9 to produce a fine, smooth processed surface 10, and lowers friction coefficients on the sliding sheet surface. The conductive fiber is mixed in a wt% of 0.1-20.
