<p>An insulating tape containing mica serves for manufacturing an insulating sleeve of electric conductors, impregnated with a thermo-setting epoxy resin mixture. The binder for cementing the mica is a self-hardening mixture with an accelerator for the impregnating resin mixture. In order that all kinds of epoxy resins can be used as impregnating resins, quaternary onium salts are added as accelerators to the epoxy resin used as the binder.</p> |
