EXAMPLE:(5R, 6R)-6-[(R)-1-Fluoromethyl]-3-[(2R, 4S)-2-hydroxymethylpyrrolidin-4- yl]thio-7-oxo-1-azabicyclo[3, 2, 0]hept-2-ene-2-carboxylic acid. USE:An antibacterial agent for human and animals. Extremely stable to enzymes in mammalian kidneys. PREPARATION:For example, a compound shown by the formula III (Z<1> is carboxyl-protecting group) as a starting raw material is fluorinated, and reacted with a compound shown by the formula IV (R2' is R2 except H). The reaction product is diazotized, and successively reacted with a compound shown by the formula V (Y is alkyl or aryl), and a compound shown by the formula VI (Z<2> is amino-protecting group), to give a compound shown by the formula I (R1 is H).</p> |
