PURPOSE:To make it possible to produce several kinds of workpieces with the use of several kinds of machines mixed together, with a minimum lay-out change, by enabling work data in the fabrication line to be transferred in synchronization with the setting, display and conveyance so that a flexibility is given to the operation of the fabrication line. CONSTITUTION:A line control board 1 stores work data at each station in data registers. Upon introduction of a station No. 1, a detector 2 stores the kind of a working machine in a register D11. When each workpiece 6 is conveyed to the next station, the data of kinds of working machines and the data of conditions of working are shifted from D11 to D17, and from D31 to D37, respectively. Further, as a result of the shift of the working conditions, the completed fabrication is tuned into a prefabrication to make it possible to carry out the operation of fabrication, and no workpiece or inferior workpiece is regarded as inferior operation of fabrication. Then, the station which is set in a prefabricating condition, at the drawing end of conveyor pawls 4 due to the drawing operation of the pawls, starts to the operation of fabrication, and the station having no workpiece or inferior workpiece is set in the condition of completion of fabrication. Then, when the station on operation completes its fabrication, the control device is turned into the condition of completed fabrication from the condition of prefabrication. |
