The new pharmaceutical composition contains: a) 0.1 to 10% of a synthetic pyrethroid, b) 0.5 to 50% of an agent which is a synergist of insecticidal pyrethroids, c) 20 to 80% of a diethylene glycol monoether, d) 20 to 80% of polyethoxylated fatty acid glycerides. Application to the treatment of scabies and harvest ticks.
