PURPOSE:To obtain a temp. fuse sensor which prevents circuit reclosing even if a melt scatters by inserting a piece of meltable metallic body into the two hole part of a heat-resistant metallic pipe constituted by adhering the heat-resistant metallic pipe and heat-resistant 2-hole insulating pipe and coating a flux to the top end thereof thereby forming the fuse sensor having the electrically closed circuit construction. CONSTITUTION:The heat-resistant metallic pipe 2 and the heat-resistant 2-hole insulating pipe 4 are adhered in a weld zone of the meltable metallic body 6 at the m.p. thereof or above and the meltable metallic body 6 is inserted into the two-hole pipe 2. The end face of the non-heating part is fixed by glass beads 8. The flux 10 is disposed to the top end of the heating part of the meltable metallic body and the heat- resistant metallic pipe 2 is inserted through the opening end of the heat-resistant metallic pipe 1. The cap 1 and the pipe 2 are hermetically fixed by welding 9a. The heat-resistant metallic pipe 3 is welded to the other end of the pipe 2 and is thereafter sealed by a heat-resistant sealant 5 to assure the hermetic characteristic. The melt aggrgates gradually in the two-hole pipe when the temp. of the meltable metallic body rises to the m.p. or above. The is not possibility of the electrical contact of said body with others and circuit reclosing even under oscillation and impact. |
