PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. which has an excellent power of dissolving various resist inks and a low toxicity and does not have any adverse effect on emulsifiers, consisting of a specified solvent mixture. CONSTITUTION:A solvent compsn. for use in washing off resist ink contains a combination (A) of methylene chloride and 1,1,2-trichloro-1,2,2-trifluoroethane and/or 1,1,1-trichloroethane and at least one member (B) selected from among ethyl acetate, methylcellosolve, n-propanol and methanol. Pref. the compsn. contains 90-99wt% solvent A and 1-10wt% solvent B. The compsn. has an excellent power of dissolving various resist inks and a low toxicity, does not have any adverse effect on emulsifiers and is suitable for use in washing off resist ink used in the production of printed wiring boards. |
