PURPOSE:To reduce the dimension of a heat exchanger for cooling by the use of freezing mixture by immersing the heat exchanger into the freezing mixture in a storage container for storing the freezing mixture, in a superlow- temperature refrigerator in which a refrigeration generation part and the heat exchanger are formed thermaly integrally. CONSTITUTION:A laminated type high-vacuum heat insulating tank 13 is installed inside a storage container 7, and a shielding plate 4 is installed inside the tank 13, and a liquid helium container 2' is installed inside the shielding plate 4, and a super-electric-conductive magnet 8' as cooled article is arranged inside the container 2'. Liquid helium 1' is poured into the container 2', and a heat exchanger 6 using a freezing mixture is installed into the liquid helium. Though said liquid helium 1' is evaporated by the heat transfer form outside and formed into gas, the amount of refrigeration equal to the amount of heat transfer is generated in a superlow temperature refrigerator 5, and transmitted to the heat exchanger 6' using a freezing mixture which is immersed into the liquid helium 1', and then the temperature of liquid helium does not rise, and evaporation is prevented. |
