PURPOSE:To provide a moving equipment highly capable of moving on a track despite the large height difference of the surface of the track, by providing plural arc-shaped rods at equal intervals along the peripheral surface of each wheel so that the arc-shaped rods can be optionally protruded outwards, and by using a reciprocation mechanism to put each arc-shaped rod in or out. CONSTITUTION:Legs 2, which are turned back and forth, are provided at the front and rear of each of both sides of the body 1 of a moving equipment, respectively. A wheel 3 is supported at the tip of each leg 2. Plural rods 4 are provided at equiangular intervals on the peripheral portion of each wheel 3 so that the rods 4 can be protruded outwards about shafts 6 by reciprocation mechanisms 5. The outer surface 4a of each rod 4 is arc-shaped to extend along the peripheral surface of the wheel 3, and is supported at the central portion by the reciprocation mechanism 5. In each reciprocation mechanism 5, a piston rod 5b is inserted movably into and out of a cylinder body 5a so that the free end of the rod 4 can be protruded outwards by moving out the piston rod 5b through the action of oil pressure or the like. |
