<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a hose free of separation of its inner tube and its outer tube evaen when bent, expanded, or contracted by a method in which a groove is formed along the axis on the periphery of an inner resin tube, a tape is wound around the inner tube, and an outer resin tube is covered on the inner tube. CONSTITUTION:A groove 4 is radially formed along the axis on the periphery of an inner resin tube 1, a tape 2 is wound around the inner resin tube 1, and the lapped portion with the outer surface 1' other than the groove 4 is hot-bonded. A molten resin is covered on the inner resin tube 1 and cast into the groove 4 of the inner tube 1, and the tape 2 is put between the cast portion 5 of the groove 4 and the outer tube to mechanically integrate the inner tube 1 and the outer tube 3.</p> |
