PURPOSE:Chicken eggs are dipped in water kept at a specific temperature for a certain time to give hard-boiled eggs without formation of black thin film over the surface of the yolk. CONSTITUTION:Eggs are dipped in water at 95 deg.C for 6-8min to give the objective boiled eggs with high commodity value without fluctuation in their boiled state. |
