PURPOSE:To obtain exactly formed cylindrical FRP moldings without breaking a rubber bag by a method in which split laminates are laminated with a pre- preg piece, preheated, and compressed, and the split laminates are combined integrally and subjected to a hardening treatment. CONSTITUTION:A given shape of pre-preg pieces are arranged by orderly biasing them along the circumferential direction to form a laminate and the laminate is subjected to a hardening treatment to form a FRP molding. In this case, An adequate number of split laminates 12 obtained by dividing a laminate 10 are laminated with pre-preg pieces 11, preheated, and compressed. the laminates 12 are combined integrally and hardened to obtain the desired molding. |
