<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a double-layer shet with a clear-cut creping by a method in which the back side of an upper sheet with a matted surface is laminated with a lower sheet of a wider width than the upper sheet, and both end portions of the lower sheet are passed through heating rolls along a figuring roll while being pressed. CONSTITUTION:A lower sheet 2 is laminated on an upper sheet 1 with a matted surface and they are heated by a heater 3 and passed through between a figuring roll 4 and a rubber roll 5 while being pressed to form double-layer sheet with creping. In this case, the width of the lower sheet 2 is made wider than the upper sheet 1, and both widthwise end portions of the lower sheet are pressed along the figuring roll 4 to obtain the desired double-layer sheet. The lower sheet 2 of a width 5-100mm. wider than the upper sheet 1 is preferably used.</p> |
