PURPOSE:To obtain rubber products that have uniform coatings of porous rubber layers by coating the surface of non-vulcanized rubber with non-vulcanized rubber matter which contains soluble matter and after vulcanization and forming, the former is coated with the latter again and vulcanized and formed, and by eluating the soluble matter. CONSTITUTION:The surface on the side of the print of non-porous rubber base 3 is coated thinly and uniformly with porous rubber layer 4 and, in manufacturing a rubber type on which water soluble ink spreads well, first of all, the surface of non-vulcanized rubber matter 3a is coated with non-vulcanized rubber matter in liquid form which contains soluble matter 12 such as sodium chloride and etc. and an extremely thin film is constituted and vulcanized and formed in a metal mold, and a product of a primary forming with a desired relief on its surface is obtained. Subsequently, the surface is again coated with rubber which has the same quality of non-vulcanized rubber in liquid form as applied previously on the surface, and after a uniform film of coating is constituted, it is vulcanized and formed in a metal mold which has the same shape as before, and soluble matter is eluated. |
