PURPOSE:To provide the titled feed having stable quality and excellent palatability, by steaming or boiling antarctic krill to an extent to inactivate the enzyme in the tissue, grinding the krill, adding a paste thereto, and freezing the mixture. CONSTITUTION:Antarctic krill is steamed or boiled to an extent to cause the deactivation of the enzyme in the body tissue, ground, preferably added with water, mixed with one or more pastes or thickeners (preferably cellulose glycolic acid sodium salt), optionally added with vitamins, and frozen to obtain the objective feed. USE:Feed for fish such as eel, young yellowtail, bream, etc. |
