PURPOSE:To increase the moving speed by combining a rectilinearly moving piezoelectric element and two elongating and contracting piezoelectric elements in an H shape. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric device 10 is formed in an H shape, and has a common electrode plate 11 as the first electrode and a pair of piezoelectric elements 12 secured to both the front surfaces of the plate. The elements 12 have a pair of piezoelectric units 13, 14 secured to the surface of the plate 11, and the second electrodes 15, 16 respectively secured to the opposite sides to one surface facing the plate 11. The plate 11 made of a conductive material is formed in an H shape. The units 13, 15 secured to the both surfaces of the plate 11 are formed in an H shape. |
