CONSTITUTION:In case a plate thickness is changed without stopping a rolling mill, when a plate thickness changing point passes through each stand, a rolling reduction change command signal for completing a rolling reduction change of each stand within the same time required is inputted to a rolling reduction control device. In this way, generation of a failure such as a break of a plate, a squeeze, etc. is prevented, and the rate of operation and the quality are raised.</p> |
