PURPOSE:To surely and quickly return differential pressure to allowable differential pressure when disturbance occurs by installing a passing line to fuel in one of two spaces which absorb disturbance exceeding maximum allowable differential pressure, and a passing line to oxidizing agent in the other space. CONSTITUTION:When disturbance occurs in differential pressure control, two spaces 24 and 25 having enough room show relaxation effect and absorb difference of differential pressure. When disturbance continuously occurs, the pressure within a space 8 of a container 5 is used as a reference same as differential pressure control, and the pressure is detected with pressure measuring devices 28 and 29. These detected signals are inputted in computing elements 30 and 31 respectively, and pressure control valves 36-39 are controlled by sending signals so as to control to steady state pressure. By this process, differential pressure is returned surely and quickly to allowable differential pressure. |
