PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency by attaining the distribution of a message to a terminal device even with an extraction request from he terminal device in the mail system so as to decrease useless repetitive calling operation. CONSTITUTION:A storage distributin device DC is provided with a function distributing the message addressed to a terminal device depending on the extraction request from terminal devices TA-TB in addition to the calling function releated at each prescribed time interval. The message addressed to the terminal device TB generated from the terminal device TA is received from a transmission/reception section SR and enters a storage device S from a control memory on a memory M so as to attain repetitive calling. If a busy state BY of the terminal device TB gives no response even after a prescribed number of times of repetitive calling is conducted, a matrix of the message addressed to the terminal device TB is extracted so as to bring the state to the standby state W. The matrix of the distribution standly is handled as the extraction request standby matrix from the terminal device TB, outputted to a printer P and the interval of further repetitive calling is made longer. |
