PURPOSE:To enable to make inside of a sealed container low humidity further at a uniform humidity by arranging a throttle hole and a desiccating agent in a flow passage of air that enters inside through a breathing hole formed in the sealed container. CONSTITUTION:The outside air enters the desiccating agent 15 through a breathing throttle 13 after removing dust by a filter 14. At this time, the quantity of moisture that diffuses in the desiccating agent in unit time is restricated by the effect of the breathing throttle 13. Then, moisture is absorbed by the desiccating agent 15, and the air passes a press filter finally and comes into the sealed container. As moisture in the air is removed by the desiccating agent, the air becomes very low in humidity. Further, the air diffuses uniformly in the sealed container 1 from the hole 10, humidity gradient is not caused in the sealed container.
