PURPOSE:To improve yield and quality by papermaking continuous sheet-shaped paper stock out of a suspension mixed with pulp fibers, size agent, dyestuff, fixing agent, and minute fibers of thermoplastic resins, and by inpregnating water to the paper stock to heat/press it into a prescribed form. CONSTITUTION:A suspension 14 mixed at a prescribed rate with pulp fibers, size agent, dyestruff, fixing agent, and minute fibers of thermoplastic resins are taken full in a container 13, and the material components are absorbed by a cylindrical mold 15 to be be transferred into a felt 17 by a roller 16. The component are dehydrated by a press roller 18, and dried by a dryer 12 to produce continuous sheet-shaped paper 11 which is rolled in by a roller 19. The paper 11 rolled in by the roller 19 pass through a solution 20 of size agent to be impregnated and adusted in its moisture content by a dehydrate roller 21. Then the paper is heated and pressed by a forming die 22 in the shape of, for example, a center cap and punched by a punching die 23 to obtain the center cap 4, thereby allowing improvement in yield to produce stable quality paper made vibration parts for speaker. |
