The following invention refers to a device for the adjustment of a cemented carbide knife (67) with two cutting edges (97, 98) in and for diameter enlargement in a reamer a machine head (13), comprised in part of two, thrust screws (42) arranged at a distance from each other, for both of the cemented carbide knife's end areas, in part a tension foot (103), which with its underside (104) bears on the topside of the cemented carbide knife (99) and which is drilled through (117) for the shaft (124) and a seat (119) for the head (132) of a tension screw (123), partly one in the head (13) a shaped contact surface (18) for absorbing the pressure of the tension foot (103), partly a threaded drilled hole (26) for the tension screw (123), in which the treaded hole goes through the head (13) crosswise and leads into the above named area, partly with the drilled end area (33, 34), which leads into the area for the shaped contact surface (18) and serves to guide the thrust screws (42).With the purpose of producing a device of the above given type which makes cemented carbide knives more durable and at the same time gives it better power absorption capability without greater material consumption and without waiving the necessary precision, according to the invention the device is characterized bya) that under the tension foot (103) a special counter-pressure casing is mounted (62), whose underside (71), is movable on the contact surface (18) in an outward direction in and for diameter enlargement, which presents a straight holding edge (63) as a foundation for the underside (88) of the cemented carbide knife (67), which within the holder area is flatter than the carbide knife (87) is high and which in its central area (79) presents an oblong through hole (82), which is through the shaft (124) of the tension screw (123) and whose lengthwise extension corresponds with the direction of the diameter enlargement,b) that the tension foot (103) has a uniform, oblong through hole (117) and also the seat (119) for the tension screw (123) head (132) is made as an oblong seat surface;c) that the tension foot (103) and the contact pressure casing (62) are connected through a form closure device (84, 107), whose powerful carrier surface extends itself in an angle toward the direction of the diameter enlarger.<IMAGE> |
