PURPOSE:To automate all workings of a bearing hole and a back escape part, to shorten a manufacturing man-hour, and to reduce a manufacturing cost by using a manufacturing device which has combined a wire-cut electric discharge device and a milling attachment. CONSTITUTION:A working table 8 is driven in orthogonal X and Y directions by a control motor 9 and 10. As for a wire electrode 12 for cutting and working a body 11 to be worked placed on the working table 8, a tension is applied by a tension roller 14 and 17, and it is made to run in a linear state. Also, when working a notch part by a milling head set on the same bed, the milling is executed by controlling a control motor for controlling a feed of a milling cutter 22, and a control motors 9 and 10 for driving the working table 8 in the X and Y directions.
