PURPOSE:To obtain the titled coated body of high corrosion resistance for oven frame use, by coating an aluminum-plated steel plate with No.3 water glass to form the first coating layer followed by applying thereto a coating comprising self-cleaning type catalyst and aluminum acid phosphate then carrying out a baking to form the second coating layer. CONSTITUTION:For example, No.3 water glass is coated on the aluminum-plated steel plate 11 of oven frame 4, then dried to form the first coating layer 13. To the resulting surface, is applied a coating prepared by incorporating a combination of (A) self-cleaning type catalyst carried on high-purity activated alumina carrier with a metallic oxide derived from manganese, cobalt, nickel, chromium, copper or iron and (B) aluminum acid phosphate with (C) a binder containing curing agent such as manganese oxide, iron oxide, ferrite, silica, activated alumina. Subsequently, the resultant coating is calcined to form the second coating layer 14, thus obtaining the objective coated body. EFFECT:Having long-term self-cleaning performance, thus capable of preventing fatty oil-like matter from infiltration leading to corrosion therefore, resistant to white rust development.
