PURPOSE:To secure a distance between vehicles where test is possible without hindering the other processes by raising and lowering a test screen which is moved to the front of a vehicle synchronously with a conveyor speed and making this conveyor speed higher than that in the preceding process. CONSTITUTION:A headlight test device 8 added to a conveyor line 1 is placed on a rail 9, which is suspended in parallel with the conveyor line 1, above the conveyor line 1 and is moved freely through a chain 12 by a truck driving motor 13. A headlight testing screen 10 is raised and lowered by a motor 18 attached to a truck 11. Rotation of the truck driving motor 13 and that of a conveyor driving motor 14 are synchronized with each other by a cynchronizing device 15. The feeding speed of the conveyor line 1 is made higher than the speed of the conveyor line 1 in the preceding stage so that a distance l2 is longer than 3m. Thus, a legal irradiation reference of about 3m is secured without hindering the other processes. |
