PURPOSE:To attain a stable quality by constituting a dial with types, which have recessed parts for adhesive charging on rear faces, and a dial body having through holes connected to these recessed parts and filling an adhesive in recessed parts and through holes to stick the dial body to types. CONSTITUTION:An elastic material 11 and a type positioning plate 10 are placed on a lower retaining plate 12, and types 5 produced by the electroforming method are set to the plate 10. A dial body 8 where boring work of an adhesive charging entrance 8b and an exit 8a, surface dressing, plating, forming of a clear coating layer 9, etc. are completed is positioned to types 5 and is placed on types 5. An upper retaining plate 13 is placed on the dial body 8, and plates 13 and 12 are screwed to fix temporarily the dial body 8 and types 5, and a dispenser is used to charge an adhesive 15 from the charging entrance 8b into recessed parts 6 of types 5 so that adhesive protrusions 15a are generated. After they are left for 2-3hr while fixing jigs to stick types 5 and the dial body 8, jigs 10-13 and plates 12 and 13 are removed. |
